Here’s The thing
Most of us didn’t get into this industry because we dreamed of writing Employee Manuals, interpreting financial statements, or making little kids cry because we haven’t quite yet cracked the code of how to get parents to read all the age and ID requirements… We got into this industry because we are really fucking passionate about the practice of body art. We got in to give our clients meaningful and safe experiences where they walk away feeling empowered and proud.
But being exceptional at body piercing, tattooing, or client care, and being an exceptional manager or business owner are two entirely different things. They require very different skills, and there isn’t a lot of training available for the business side of body art.
That’s what I’m here for.
