Hi, I'm Crystal.

I'm a speaker, entrepreneur, and LCS certified life coach, and at heart I’m still a student. I’m almost always listening to a book or podcast, taking a course, or planning a trip to learn from people who inspire me.

I co-founded Evolution Body Piercing in Albuquerque in 1999, and what started as one small studio has grown into a two-location business with a team I'm genuinely proud of. It didn't happen by accident. It happened because I got serious about building systems, developing my people, and learning how to lead without burning myself out in the process.

Today, my work centers around helping body art professionals and studio owners through courses, workshops, coaching, and (soon) a membership community. My focus is always the same: helping you make your studio easier to run so you can grow and reach your goals without sacrificing your sanity, your relationships, or your very last fuck.
